what's new

Minerva, getting better in public.

Minerva is pre-public and moving fast. This is the honest, plain-language record of what's landed — big steps only, no jargon. Join the waitlist and you'll hear when it's your turn to use all of it.

v0.17 July 2026 in founder testing

Your account, under your control

Everything about accounts got built the way we'd want it as users:

  • Sign in with Google or Apple. No password to create — Minerva never stores one.
  • Sign out anywhere, cleanly. Sign out on iPhone, Watch, or Mac; sign back in and Minerva resumes with no setup. When your phone is signed out, the Watch simply won't record rather than losing anything.
  • Delete means what it says. Deleting your account removes Minerva's own copies of your data. The files in your accounts — recordings in your Drive, notes in your Notion, items already on your lists — stay yours and stay untouched.
  • Answers follow you. Answer one of Minerva's questions on any device and it syncs everywhere, applied to the item within seconds.
  • Smarter time reading, fewer questions. "Dinner at 5" now lands at 5 PM the way a person would read it — and Minerva only asks a question when it genuinely needs to. It still never invents a time you didn't say.

All of this is built and in founder testing while Minerva is pre-public.

v0.16 July 2026 in founder rollout

Minerva learns how you talk

A one-time "getting to know you" phase — about twenty short questions, answered on your own time from any device — now teaches Minerva your personal phrasing and filing style: where your kind of item belongs, whether a spoken time should be locked in, and what you mean by words like "morning." It never holds up a real item.

v0.14 early July 2026

From minutes to seconds

Processing became near-instant: uploading a recording now triggers processing within seconds, and in live use it's about half a minute from tapping "stop" to the item sitting on your list. Minerva also got its face — the Editorial Cream and Minerva Blue look, with the hand-drawn "m" mark, now runs across the apps and this site.

through v0.13 spring to early July 2026

The foundation

The core of Minerva, built and proven in daily founder use:

  • Voice memos transcribed automatically, then actually read — tasks, events, and notes pulled out of even a rambling memo, each filed separately.
  • Filed into your own apps: tasks to Google Tasks, events to Google Calendar, notes to Notion.
  • Questions, not guesses: when something's ambiguous, Minerva asks instead of assuming.
  • Your notes kept verbatim, in your own first-person words.
  • Processing moved fully to the cloud — it works even when your computer is asleep or off.
  • Native iPhone and Apple Watch recorder apps built, feeding the same pipeline (in founder testing).
